Note: Hotel check-in is between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Airport transfers will be arranged 3.5 hours before your international departure. Vegetarian meals and meals suitable for guests with seafood allergies can be arranged on request.

As per the itinerary, all transportation is fully arranged including airport pickups, comfortable vehicles for all travel, and drop-offs at or near entrances to minimize walking and ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience throughout the trip.

If the Company cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (other than force majeure), travelers will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
If changes are required in the itinerary due to operational reasons, equivalent alternatives will be offered. The traveler shall not be entitled to any compensation for changes due to external reasons.
